Purchase management system includes generation of purchase orders, Inward
Delivery order and purchase Invoices of Items. While generating the purchase
orders you can have information like previous purchases of the same item
and its rates, current stock in different locations, total stock etc.
Sales System incorporates Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, Cash Sales and
Credit Invoice.
In the Stock Management system the issues, receipts, transfers and stock
adjustments can be done. The system will give instantaneous picture of
present stock of the item in different locations/different warehouses
as well as the total stock.
Credit / Debit Note of Items will facilitate the damage, returns, and
replacements with vendors and customers.
The Financial Accounting System module is a computerised double entry
book keeping system that accepts inputs through vouchers and provides
daybooks, Ledgers, Sub Ledger and Financial Statements as outputs. All
these outputs are updated the moment you key in any vouchers, thus giving
an instantaneous picture of your accounts. The user can define types of
vouchers other than Cash, Bank and Journal.
